Here we can see that AT-TE walker is, presuming 1.9 meters height for clone troopers, is approx. 5.8 meters high, and ~9.5 meters long.
Eyeballed speed is 0.5 meters per second.
AT-TE walker is armed with single projectile cannon (which enables it to function as mobile artillery emplacement) and 4 forward-firing blaster/turbolaser turrets, none of which seems to be more powerful than modern artillery shells, given obvious lack of nuclear-scale explosions and presuming it is comparable to CIS weapons shown.
Not exactly quantifable, but not enough to resist to missiles:
Based on previous measurements, explosion is about 6 meters in diameter, giving us yield of 0.258 tons of TNT at most (I was unable to find any quantifable chemical explosion to scale, but I think this is close enough).
I qualified it as armored unit despite it functioning as mobile artillery due to simple fact that it is armored; also, since both SPHAT and AT-TE can be qualified both as armored vehicles and mobile artillery, it will serve to keep them in one place.
By using 1.9 meters height for clone troopers, we can determine it is around 12 meters high, not counting gun, and around 14 meters long.
Not quantifiable, since we never saw it move, but configuration does not seem to allow for more than 2 meters per second. I would guess it to be same as speed of AT-TE (which might be faster than my estimate).
We can determine Core Ships to be approx. 200 meters in diameter. Holes in hull are around 12 meters wide on maximum; assuming 1-meter steel hull, we can calculate total volume of material removed per shot as being 113 cubic meters. Assuming iron-nickel leggure, we get 1.8 kilotons per shot, absolute high-end (presuming vaporization, which almost certainly is not the case; dozen to few hundred tons of TNT per shot seem to be more accurate).
