DEATH STAR I
Height of dock is 3 mm when compared to height of larger area which is 62 mm. Total trench height is 3 times size of large area.
Falcon is 22.5 meters wide. Therefore, we have height of docking bay as being exactly 15 meters, with height of trench being 930 m.
Trench is 1.5 mm in this shot (1st shot gave 0.7 mm but it is probably wrong - I used "Find Edges" tool from Photoshop to get dimensions of Death Star. With 1 mm being 620 meters we have DSI height as 117 km and width as 127 km.
DEATH STAR II
Trench is here 1 mm high; it is clear that trench is same or almost as same height as DSI trench so I will use that as shortcut. In this shot, DSII is 201 mm high and 199 mm wide. With that, we have DSII as being 185 km wide and 187 km high.
